Daniel Soto Martínez - Architect & Project Manager at OSK Design

At OSK Design, we believe that exceptional design is born from a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for crafting purposeful spaces. One of the talents bringing this philosophy to life is Daniel Soto Martínez, our Architect and Project Manager, whose innovation and leadership continue to shape the future of cruise and ferry interiors.

Daniel was recently named a 2025 Future Leader by Cruise Ship Interiors (CSI) – a praise awarded to emerging talents in the industry who demonstrate excellence in design, collaboration, and forward-thinking leadership.

With a background that spans residential, hospitality, and maritime sectors, Daniel has worked on projects across Germany, Poland, Sweden, and beyond. Prior to joining OSK Design, he contributed to high-profile cruise projects at Tillberg Design of Sweden, collaborating with brands such as Disney Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean. At OSK, Daniel now leads interdisciplinary teams across a range of complex marine projects, supporting innovation and fostering a collaborative design process.

Daniel’s approach is grounded in the belief that interiors should be both functional and inspiring. He brings a thoughtful balance of strategic insight and creative flair to every project, ensuring that each space reflects the operational needs of a vessel while also delivering a warm and engaging user experience.

Beyond his professional achievements, Daniel is a passionate creative in his personal life - often found hiking in Swedish national parks, restoring vintage furniture, or exploring the art of sketching and craftsmanship. These personal interests inform his design perspective and contribute to his holistic, people-centred approach.
