Since 2022, CSI (Cruise Ship Interiors) has honoured over 30 rising stars who are shaping the future of cruise ship interiors through innovation, collaboration, and leadership. This year’s Future Leaders come from diverse backgrounds, bringing fresh perspectives to both land-based and maritime design. The CSI Future Leaders programme recognises emerging talents who are making a significant impact on the future of cruise ship interiors through innovation, leadership and collaboration.
