Kristoffer Jensen is Head of Interior and Accommodation and Senior Architect at OSK Design, based in the Aarhus office.
With a diverse background spanning from ship production, architecture, and interior design, Kristoffer plays a key role in shaping vessels that seamlessly blend innovative design with practical engineering. His career path began as a boatbuilder, and through his extensive experience in shipyard management, ship design innovation, and owner representation, Kristoffer has developed a holistic understanding of the maritime industry. His work ensures that every ship not only meets technical and regulatory standards but also provides a comfortable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing experience for passengers and crew alike.
Under Kristoffer’s leadership, OSK Design’s interior team is dedicated to sustainability, focusing on eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and clever spatial layouts that enhance both the environmental footprint and long-term operational efficiency of ships. His team prioritises the well-being of crew members by designing ergonomic and functional living spaces, recognising that crew welfare is essential for long voyages. From superyachts and cruise ships to offshore rigs and dredgers, Kristoffer brings his expertise in both interior and exterior design to deliver high-quality, cohesive results for every project.
His leadership in driving innovation has helped position OSK Design at the forefront of the maritime industry. By aligning ship design with the owner's branding strategies and business models, Kristoffer ensures that each design solution supports the operational and commercial goals of shipowners. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kristoffer is a passionate sailor. He built his own 28” race boat, which he uses to participate in local regattas and for family cruising around the bay area of Aarhus. This hands-on experience with vessels continues to fuel his passion for ship design and his practical, detail-oriented approach to his work at OSK.
